Whether it's for Memorial Day or backyard barbecues later this summer, many of us will be firing up the grill often during the next few months. And all of those delicious grilled foods will need condiments and side dishes to compliment their flavors.
These are a few of my favorite pickles and preserves to serve with casual outdoor fare. Some are classics, like sauerkraut to go with hot dogs. Others are more unusual - all bring crisp textures and bright tastes to your BBQ.
