What goes with champagne, dancing, midnight kisses and the feast before the resolutions kick in? Here are some of my picks for a perfectly decadent and delicious New Year's Eve:
Raspberry Curd and Lemon Curd. Serve the raspberry with dark chocolate and the lemon spooned onto gingersnap cookies. If you've got some Raspberry Cordial made, it pairs beautifully with either of these silky smooth curds.
If you made some "Brandied" Pickled Cherries this past summer, now is the time to serve them up. They are fantastic with a soft, mildly stinky cheese.
Quince Paste (Membrillo) is a classic served in thin slivers on crackers with manchego cheese.
And I guarantee that these vegan "Cheesy" Kale Chips will disappear early in the festivities.
